We go through your processes, your data and the systems your business runs on, and come back with a ranked list: what to build, what it costs, what it saves.
We do not resell licences and we take no vendor commissions. If the right answer is keeping your processes as-is, the report says so.
How it runs
- Book a call with us for 30 minutes, free. We work out whether there is a real fit.
- 2 weeks of us finding leverage for you. We'll interview with the people who do the work, take a look at your data and systems, then do the full audit and report.
- A pilot run for 6 weeks, if it is warranted. Running in production and measured against your real business metrics.
- After the results, full report and pilot handed to you and your team. If you prefer us extending, industrializing and shipping the whole workflow end-to-end, we'll agree on that separately.
You have the final decision on each step. No obligations to continue onto the next one.
Engagements
Fixed price discussed before we start and sign the contract. No hourly billing and no change orders. If the scope moves, we agree on a new number first.

We're available onsite in Tokyo and Almaty. Travel to other locations, if needed, is billed at cost.
